Missing Juvenile Taliyah Savoy from the 35th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Taliyah Savoy. Taliyah is described as 5’2” tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes and rownhair. Her grandmother reported her missing from the 5900 block of Leithgow Street.
She was last seen on October 18, 2025, at approximately 2:45 p.m. Taliyah is known to frequent the area of 31st Street and Susquehanna Avenue.
