The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 37-year-old Strachan C. Mackenzie was last seen on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, on the 10XX block of South Broad Street.
He is 6′ 3″, 180 lbs., brown hair, green eyes and thin build.
