Your Favorite Contacts on your Notification Panel — App Review

If Facebook is any indication people have hundreds of friends. However, if you are like most people you only really call three or four people often. Since you call or text these core friends most often it would be nice to quickly access them. Perhaps a shortcut placed in your notification area would be helpful.

XDA Senior Member dapaua has an app that will allow you to do just that. In this video XDA Developer TV Producer TK reviews Contact Notification. TK shows off the application, its uses, functionality and talks about his thoughts of the application. So check out this app review.

  1. Just downloaded, like it a lot, going into the contacts after hitting phone is clunky. Besides, there's only a few people I frequently call anyway (and even then, calling them is rare :-P).

  2. i have an idea for an app but im not sure if i know enough in order to make an app, what skills are needed to make an app similar to this one and how much time would it take to do?

  3. Also, XDA is about the Free Exchange of ideas, so we prefer to feature Free or Donate versions of applications.

  4. You have improved A LOT since you first appeared on XDA TV (you were a mess back then, but hey it's expected. Heck I think I'd have been even worse lol)…
Keep up the awesome and informative reviews!
There is ONE thing that bothers me, it's that you sometimes review TRIAL or LIMITED versions of an app. Please contact the developers and let them provide you with a FULL version. I mean you are advertising them to the XDA community for crying out loud.
