   My name is cecil….. I understand your not a attorney….but I would still like to ask you and everyone else's opinion on my situation. Maybe you could do a interview with me. I'm 38 years old… and I have spent over 20% of my life locked up. I understand that's not alot to other people. But its alot for me… im what they call… "A Lifer On Lay-Away"…. or so ive been called several times. I first got arrested at 9yrs old. I did my first bid at 12 yrs old for attempted murder Lowered to assault with a deadly weapon amongst other charges….I did 3.5mths in juvie… and over 6mths in a group home following that. And that was the beginning of my journey. Fast forward 26 years…. now here I am… on federal probation for trafficking marijuana. I was originally charged in 2016 for illiagle possession of a firearm and i did 4 years in the feds with 3 years paper. … i dident do so well and in less then a year i was in rehab…. a year later i was cought trafficking marijuana….band i was sentenced 6 months in prison in the feds. I got out April 4th 2024 with 2 years paper to do. So now I have less then 1 year left …but just about a week ago I was cought growing 3 marijuana plants….and im in Ohio… so it is legal here. I wasent going to sell it… I was just doing it for fun. It's my passion… and that's the truth as hard as it is to belive….when my p.o. saw them… she took pics and left…. then texted me to get rid of them and so I ripped them up and threw them into the dumpster and sent her the pics that I did so. I don't know what I was going to do with it when it was done. I was just going to give it to my girlfriend as she's a stoner. But im not. And gove it to friends. I also haven't had a job for about 6 months and I have been relying on friends..family.. selling my belongings and odd jobs to continue to split rent with my girlfriend. And my probation officer is not happy with that. I have a job interview tommaro with good will where im sure I will get the job. … my question to you is… am I going back to prison do you think? What else does everyone think in the comments? Please don't be mean. This is extremely hard on me and my girlfriend and I understand I did somthing very selfish and foolish and dumb. I just am seeking advice and what people think will happen HONESTLY. ….. thank you….

3. It sounds like he’s a perfect scapegoat for the incompetence of the staff. I was a prison guard @ The United States Disciplinary Barracks(The US Military’s only max security prison) & there’d be no way this would even get close to happening. The cadre got complacent & they weren’t doing their tier checks like they’re supposed to! (If its an ACA accredited prison, they’re required to do hourly rounds). Blame the inmate but its the facility & their lack of vigilance that’s at fault.

17. Go to the Video Tape, Confiscate Cellphones, track all calls, suspend workers Pending the investigation.

23. Why was a Maintenance Worker in a Jail at 12:00 at night. With tools. And no Jailer with him. ? How many Jailers were on duty.

25. Criminals are Criminals they saw the opportunity and they take it ,it really doesn't have much to do with that maintenance worker, those guys just wanted out.

29. Maintenance used to come in our pod all the time without a guard. I could see it happening especially if they were short staffed

30. Joe its right in front of your eyes two women already arrested for helping the inmates an inmate had a girl go to his house a couple of times payment was with the oldest form of payment known to man

32. I've heard of a guy who built the jail and he said that he made sure that the cement blocks around the toilet didn't have that much cement around the blocks in certain cells Incase he ever got locked up,, so maybe it's the jail cell

34. Wait so. Prisoners were is a handicap cell that wasn't meant to be used and clogged a toilet and a guard sent him to the cell thats not meant to even be open and nobody thought that was strange before they even went in there lol. Where's the video of everyone going in there and all that

36. We are still going to find out the women employees were involved in the escape. Thats what they are covering up. Women do not belong in these type of law enforcement positions.

38. You only know what they telling you. He might information to get several arrested or fired. He might work with the district attorney
