Change the size of your bins or make that raile wider. Place we did they use boxes so you don't have to repackage.
Maybe have orders with single items Bagged by the pickers. It's a team effort or have a couple extra shipping stations so if it gets bottled necked on the final station have a cross trained picker go to the other end.
Maybe use round instead of rectangle bins so they can't hang up.

Timing in the logic, delay a couple seconds on the transfer. Should fix things on the jam up of the boxes.

Do yall print your own shirts? Or source that out to another company? Id love to talk to you guys and see if i can get you connected with a company i used to work for in Gainesville that prints large scale t shirt orders. Not sure where you guys get them from, but could potentially save yall some money! I highly doubt this comment will even be seen by you guys, but its worth a shot lol and if you guys print in house, I live in Tampa and know a good deal about screen printing and the machines and would love to come down and give you guys a hand if you needed it! I wouldn't be looking for anything in return as far as compensation or nothing. Meeting you guys and being a part of the solution would be plenty enough for me!
