Just binge watched your camper build vids and it's awesome!! The one question I have is: how do you like your entry door? The one thing that would annoy me is having to open it in 2 steps and have to take the steps down every time. The 2 things I see can happen is that you bring all the snow and slush inside every time you close the door and in the summer, since I believe it takes longer to open and close it, it will let a lot of mosquitoes inside. Did you experience any of these yet?

Buy electric body heaters. There are some that take little battery packs and you can charge several of them with just a fraction of power the space heater uses.
Metal shopping carts can be recycled. Composite will sit in a landfill for the rest of time.

Newer diesel that take Def running at idle is horrible for the fuel an exhaust systems get a better heater wood would be great in there with it being metal.
You don't have to dust the snow off of the starlink it has a built in heater for just that
