Samsung Galaxy S8 Hands-on

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is finally official. The first practically bezel-less phone by Samsung, the Galaxy S8 is a looker, with a sleek glass-and-metal design, a powerful Snapdragon 835 system chip under the hood and the curious new Bixby virtual assistant. But it is personal experience and impressions that are of utter-most importance, so we are eager to share with you this first hands-on experience with the Galaxy S8. The notable changes with the Galaxy S7 include a brand new interface, the convenient USB-C port in lieu of the older microUSB standard, and a fingerprint that is now on the back of the phone.

  1. Pretty easily the S8 and S8Plus will easily sell 60 to 70 million handsets in 2017 clearly the best handsets in 2017 till the Note8 and NoteFold in September. I'll be buying the S8Plus day one of launch then Note8 in September

  2. im not one to use my fingerprint scanner but im glad they still included it. yeah it seems to be in an awkward positon but if it is at least on par with the note 7's iris scanner AND face recognition it shouldnt be used too much.

  3. things this phone still needs

    *increase phone battery
*finger print scanner imbedded on the screen
    *front speaker
    *wider camera caption
    *bixby update

  4. once again another review not speaking in depth about the home or back button. all j want to know is if I play a video game on my phone where I need to use the whole screen and tap everywhere on the screen is that gonna activate the home or back button while playing a video game???????? please someone with the correct information answer this for me ty

  5. S8 (8mm) and S8+ (8.1mm) are slightly thicker than s7 (7.9mm) and s7 edge (7.7mm), not thinner as the video states. Batteries are much smaller relative to the size of the new phones. Samsung are surely playing safe in terms of battery size.
