  1. Give hell ladies!!! I just wish they would leave politics out of it tho 😟 I just wanna watch sports and root for my countrymen, USA USA USA 😎👍

  2. This makes me cringe. It also seems so fake. Don't get me wrong, I watched that match and was happy for USWNT, but i feel like these guys are making too much of a big deal to 13-0 win. Even that chant in the end was nothing, it was almost forced.

Last world cup we beat Thailand 9-0, so Thai are obviously not one of the more challenging teams in the cup. Stop acting like our win was unexpected and move one. Save the real chanting for when we actually have a challenging opponent.

  3. women's soccer is a funny joke
i remember the last world cup (was it?) when USA women beat Japan but there was a goal that came from halfway in the field. jesus christ… couldn't stop laughing

  4. Honestly I don't really give a damn about soccer. Stupid game – only gets exciting when penalty kicks occur. College Football on the other hand is an actual sport, not just mindless kicking at a bad Thailand team. #UniversityofMichigan
    #GoBlue

  5. What happened to the concept of Fair play. It was obviously an unbalanced match. Not saying that the US Women are bad because theyre skill level is really above the top but i mean c'mon. I guess its ok to cheer on the when the mens team blows out the Womens team ???

  6. yeah the best way in handle a unbalanced competing is to stop overwhelming the other as regular sports respect. 13:0…. ohhh shit you can `t do that actually.

  7. If I am up 13-0, I'm going to try for 14-0.

If I am losing 13-0, I EXPECT my opponent to try for 14-0.

I don't care about the women's team, but there is nothing unsportsmanlike or bad about "running up the score". The moment you start taking your opponent easy, is when you begin to disrespect them.

If I was Thailand, and the USA slowed down late in the game, treating me as an inferior opponent, I'd be livid, and would consider that unsportsmanlike. If you are gonna beat me, then I want you to kick my ass as hard as you can. That's what competition is all about.

  8. It was a yawner of a game. The women World Cup won't be interesting until the other countries start beating the US. Right now, only Japan, China and Germany can give them a game.

  9. Lets hope the Thai's regroup and come back stronger. Japan, South Korea an many other nations have faced such hard times. They are now respected teams playing very well.
The USA mens team have never been in any danger of competing for major honours. Its a credit that your women play so well. Take some top quality English coaches to Thailand. In a few years they will be the exciting team to watch.
