The Philadelphia Police Department needs your help:
On August 12, 2023, at approximately 1:50 pm in the 5100 block of Belfield Avenue, two vehicles were involved in a collision. A black male Offender operating one of the vehicles was armed with a handgun and fired several times at the occupant of the other vehicle. The victim was struck in the chest and died of his wounds.
THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA IS OFFERING A REWARD OF $20,000 LEADING TO AN ARREST AND CONVICTION FOR EVERY HOMICIDE.
