The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following video clips. The individuals are wanted for looting/commercial burglary at multiple locations across Philadelphia on September 27, 2023, at Mavis Tire located at 2749 Hunting Park Ave, Walgreens located at 2301 W Oregon Ave and Auto Zone located at 330 Oregon Ave. The suspects were last seen fleeing in a Red, Silver and Black Side by side ATV.
