Trudeau: Evidence suggests Ukraine jet shot down by Iran



Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said evidence suggests a Ukrainian jet with 176 on board was shot down by an Iranian missile. Sixty-three of the victims were Canadian citizens. Lara Seligman, a Pentagon reporter for Foreign Policy, joins “Red & Blue” for a closer look at the accident and how Defense Secretary Mark Esper is playing a major role in the Iran conflict.

  1. Come on!!! more than 100 of the passengers were Iranians… one of the engines of the plane was already broke when it took off and the plane actually crashed during takeoff. what u on huh???? making nasty lies about everything to take advantage of. zero honor.

  2. I'd imagine most if not all those Canadians were dual Iranian-Canadian citizens, considering how hard it is to get an Iranian visa as someone with only a Canadian passport. Makes sense why there were no Americans.
