  1. The language of the Constitution states that a crime is necessary. The word "crime" has a specific legal meaning in the law of the U.S. and the common law from which the entire proceeding of impeachment is taken. This is elementary law that any first year law student learns.

  2. LMFAO!
He doesn't want to say that he felt pressured by President Trump, because he was worried about him withholding more aid in the future?!
Wouldn't it make complete sense then, to come out against President Trump, and say he felt immense amounts of pressure from him, and that there was absolutely no doubt that it was a quid pro quo, and get him removed so he can get a new president in?!
Do these Libtards even bother to make a convincing argument, or do they really actually believe their own lies?!?!

  3. The nerve!
DemonRats change the rules to include refusing the defense witnesses and you argue about fairness?
DemonRats have NO say once the articles are in the Senate.
The people voted Trump in and they will decide in November. DemonRats did her sham quickly and the Senate will do the same. Quiet quiet quiet …. Trump 2020
