  3. Early in my career as a RN in the early 90's, I donned gloves and gave a HIV+ patient a back rub with lotion. He broke down and cried saying "No one touches me anymore. "

    Even in the medical field there was a total lack of knowledge about HIV status.

    We HAVE come a long way!

  4. Frogpotting- its a thing. Kind of like gaslighting, but not intended to make you feel, crazy. Instead, they slowly come for you in different ways, at first not seeming to have bad intentions, but by the time they're through like JVN said, you're boiled. Hitler did that in Germany.
