  1. I loved this so much. In Sweden we don’t have any ”bat sports” (we take out our aggression during hockey season) so maybe this was extra satisfying and liberating to see! As people commentating before me, if you had John Oliver walking out to ”his” car, you’d peaked comedy history along with Monty Python, for all times. Thank you so much.

  2. I hope someone at the show really reads these. I love the show like little else… Though, with this segment, I really wish Steven had insisted on not destroying a car. I don't know whose brilliant idea it was, but for a show that otherwise stands to be the voice of reason in this world, and knowing the waste of resources that is sending this planet into a tailspin, it seems a great tragedy to take an otherwise useful object and wreck it for no good reason. Maybe it was just a mock-up of a car, but it also, I think, sends the wrong message. It's like being out of character. I really think that was something that should be avoided in the future.

  3. There is people starving in the world somewhere. Yet Stephen has the luxury to literally play around with food and make a mess.
What a strange world we live in…

  4. Alonso is such a legend – he looks so awkward at the beginning lol – but he keeps going and smiles all the time – need more sports people like that #lgm
