Aren't the laser/flashlighs supposed to be for an ar15? They look like the same mount, just upside down.
On the hatch fins, Maybe Another plexiglass on the inside with black tint sandwiched together might have made the light stand out from the outside.

My only issue with this is that you keep calling acrylic glass. It is plastic. One of the oldest plastics in fact. Cool stuff tho.

I would never bring that to Sema without fixing the fiberglass. It's still damaged
If you have a problem with light leakage on the flat planes of the Plexiglas, Just put vinyl on it, that won't let any light escape other than on the edges.
I wonder if tinting the edge of that splitter acrylic piece would have gotten you where you want to be?
Blue or green lasers would also be pretty sick
