  1. No offense but I've got a 462 in my c3 I've been working on to drift. People have done it before, unless you guys are talking about the first available to buy big block drift engine.

  2. I think one could argue that; Every form of competitive Motorsports that a Big Block Chevy is introduced to, gets a Big Level Up. Some have even out, awed the BBC because it is a trump card, and almost impossible to beat.. For drifting purposes what could be better than 800+ ft/lbs of torque and 1000+ HP N/A. No turbo lag, no nitrous backfire issues, no supercharge robbing crankshaft power. The torque is instant, on demand any time at almost any rpm. Sounds like perfection to me, and what better way than with a Billet Block, billet everything Gem of power plant. Well Done! America’s Engine 🇺🇸

  3. You’ll find the big block so much more fun to play with. You won’t even need over a thousand horses, that’s the beauty of a big block.
But of course, I never said you SHOULDN’T use 1XXX Horsepower 😉

  4. I've followed Steve Morris for years. He's what got me interested in drag and drive. I love how they make a ton of power, but it also lives too. There is a ton of drag racing stuff that doesn't. And besides all the billet bling, he always seems like a good guy, too. I love the rivalry he and Alex Taylor have going.

  5. You're going to have the baddest sounding, most uniquely powered drift car in the world when it's complete. Definitely made the right choice with an SMX engine cause Steve is a great dude.

  6. Adam LZ Awesome Video I think it's awesome that you had Steve Morris Racing build the first Drift Big block engine and I can't wait to see it in action and I think it's awesome that they have so many awesome machines

  7. Why have all that motor just to drift around a track just for a smoke show and bragging rights vs going down a 1/4 mile track at the quickest time now that's what that motor that powerful is for. Because the factory motor that came in that BMW can achieve the same smoke show🙄
