3. What Brooks is incarcerated for is irrelevant to his death. Those cowardly officers beat him to death while he was handcuffed. Had Brooks been confrontational and not handcuffed, then Brooks would have to live with his condition. Man was handcuffed, end of investigation.

15. 4:17 the body cam is always video recording, it isn’t always audio recording for privacy reasons. it is in their policy to hit the audio record when they are interacting with people, but a lot of them don’t do that when they know they’re doing or saying something they shouldn’t be.

No one is pretending he died unjustly because he did die unjustly. He was paying for his crime serving his time. His crime has no relevance to what happened to him. 24. I couldn't even watch the whole video. That man was bound and couldn't do anything to defend himself. These animals are inhumane. I can't imagine anyone being so cruel and heartless like these officers were. I hope every single one of them has to pay a heavy price for this treatment. This is a travesty of justice.

35. Body cam record at all times supposedly only audio comes on when you activate

36. Remember cops have to take personals . Such as restroom breaks. You're allowed to turn your audio/video off as needed as long as you can articulate the reason.
