In this video I dive into a 2019 Dodge Durango that came in with the dreaded hood open warning and the start/stop system disabled. The customer already replaced the hood latch with a new OEM part from RockAuto, but the light stayed on. After giving up, it landed in my bay to finally get diagnosed and repaired the right way.
