27. Diddy isn't facing 20 years. It's stated in the code that the charges most run concurrently UNLESS it was a minor. he is a tier 0 offender, he has never been convicted of a crime. He's offense is a level 14 with his tier and level his max is 23 months. Judge can go over, but he really needs to tread lightly because of his comments to the jury. If he oversteps Diddy attorney's got an excellent shot of an appeal and getting the conviction over turned.

Judges usually stay within the guidelines and run the sentences concurrently for a 1st time offender. So the max Diddy is looking at is 33 months.
