This was the main feature I got excited about in the trailer and now it’s the most disappointing part of the pack for me

I can see the reward trait being useful for the very veggie legacy in the tomato gen because they need to max out cooking and gourmet cooking. Maybe potato gen, too because the need to max out baking skill, and mushroom for handiness skill
i think this has the potential to be very fun if u edit the getaway a Lot. idk if they didnt actually playtest the preset or if they made it bad on purpose as incentive to get us to use the feature ourselves, but watching this makes me have a lot of ideas to try and improve it. but they do need to do something about the rewards. i think they thought the skill gain and trait from the getaway would be "reward" enough but it really isnt when ur trying to imitate a real life competition like gbbo
well this is awful, the competitions just suck and there's too much pretending going into it

The same just happened to me with the Llama Lair (shark tank)- I maxed the Entrepreneur skill and made a business plan. I took it on Llama Lair and the pop up was "They loved it and investors are lining up to toss money at your idea" or something like that… but then no money. a happy buff, but nothing. so dumb!

Now that EA sold their soul for a bag. I dont know if I'll stay in the Sims community for much longer. Thank you, lilsimsie, for bringing me so much joy throughout my life. Your videos have helped me through so many times. I dont know how I'll function without them. I always pictured sims as a constant in my life, and I now have to make the decision to leave. I'm very disappointed in EA. I wish we lived in a better timeline. 😔
i'd honestly love to see the compatibility of dine out with this pack cus you could still do a cooking competition but make the judges talk about food and other dine out interactions and i think it'll be better for pretend stuff
Just a trait as a reward is a huge oversight.
