1. Just found out price this is €1299! It’s still a great phone but yikes very expensive

2. This dude gets it…. I made a spreadsheet with all of my dream specs, and this literally hit the mark or exceeded every one of them. The Mediatek is better for gaming and a wash on the CPU side (2-3% is margin of error territory)- and uses slightly less power than the SD8E5. The only thing they could do to improve it imo is add a next-gen 1" sensor like the one from OmniVision that's not even in a phone iirc – and drip the battery to 7,000mAh which is still ridiculous… I literally can't think of anything else. Even the zoom is like the perfect length. Maybe put it at 75mm or 80mm? The UW lens could MAYBE be bigger but I really don't care for it to be, to be honest, as I barely touch mine…. Idk, man. Just incredibly impressive stuff from Oppo. Wish they sold them in the US!

3. Have a pixel 10 pro xl, not much of an upgrade to the 9 pro xl, in fact it's a bit of same old, same old… Have just bought this new Oppo find X 9 pro from Hong Kong and it's cost £950…cant wait to see how good it is… 👍🏻

4. In 2026, the Find X9 Ultra will be released, which may be the best, but DxOMark still chooses Huawei as the king of smartphone cameras 😁

7. I'm not interested in that telelens. On my DSLR I use fixed lenses of 35, 50 and 85 mm. That's all I need. If I want to get closer, I just use my feet.
   And if this thing wil really be as expensive as they say, I'd rather pay my mortgage.

11. I've been using it for a couple of days. So far, the biggest downsides of this phone are the camera software and the horrible speakers.

    But the rest of the phone is great. Camera system has a lot of potential, the phone flies through apps and battery seems good.

19. I used to absolutely hate MediaTek until I bought the Find X8 a couple months ago. It's amazing. It's not going to win for the highest benchmark score on the market but it cools down fast.
    The only thing that makes me jealous about X9 is the battery. It quite a jump over 5.630 mAh in X8.

I repeat time and again: any smartphone today takes excellent photos, but none shoot professional video like, for example, the Sony a1 mirrorless camera, which is why manufacturers are trying to get closer to that standard They need to install 2-inch sensors, otherwise they'll continue to perform terribly and mediocrely.

25. Good smartphone, even very good, but let's be honest it will only sell well in China 🇨🇳 and some Asian countries where it will cost $800-$900 maximum, at $1300-$1400, even in China and especially outside China the 1st choice of the majority of people will be Apple 🍏 followed by Samsung ✨.

    Ps: in my opinion, no smartphone is worth more than $800, but, Apple and Samsung can sell at these prohibitive prices because they have gained a certain notoriety over the years, Apple's after-sales service, Apple logo 🍏, Samsung's trade-ins, carriers deals, the impression that customer data is really / more secure, resale value… That's the added / perceived value of iPhone and Galaxy.

27. This is the phone of the year for me at least. I love the design & the cameras. I'd love to have this device in the carriers.
