3. It's a misdemeanor not a crime to come into this country illegally. The only penalty is possible deportation. However there must be due process and immigration cant just grab people off the street, out of their cars from their homes and places of employment. Growing up in Jersey our Jersey pride and grit was insane everyone I know has a NJ tattoo even if they live somewhere else they still got Jersey pride a lot of new people moved in and for this whole time I've seen so much in other cities and if this was back then NJ would have been going crazy and not letting shit happen there!
