2. I have found on Windows Server 2025 that if you install the xbox app using powershell, That when you start the xbox app it will install windows store for you lol

4. I'm using R7-3800x with 64gb 3200, X570, RX580-8G-dual on Windows server 2022 and have all most the same setup. And Gotta say drivers…… is a pain but managed to get 100% of the drivers installed without any issues and Reason why I switch from Windows 10 because of the annoying bloatware that comes with it and running windows server I can easily manage so much stuff straight from the Server manager. I get the same frames as if I was on 10 but boot feels 50% faster.

5. I don't really understand much of the comments but my friend has windows server and his potato laptop can like easily run high end games 🙂 So I was thinking of getting it :::)))

12. Hey Chris! Excelet your tips. I am using Windows Server 2019 Datacenter. I followed all of your tips to install the "Mail and Calendar" app on Win Server 2019. Everything went fine, the app was installed, but when I open it I can't add my email account. I click add account but nothing happens. Is it possible to solve this problem? Thankful,

24. This takes me back to when my friends and I would go rounds with each other over running Server 2003 for gaming vs Windows XP and I'm sure this debate goes back even further for others. Sadly, the same positions still stand. On one hand Microsoft does a better job keeping bloat out of their server products so one would think that means better gaming. However, having driver issues or weird software errors because the server OS is meant to be run…as a server, still come up. Weird how nothing has changed in about a decade and a half.

30. Windows Server is definitely nice with the reduced update frequency. I agree that it would be nice if drivers would automatically install themselves more often but the reduced bloatware is a plus there. Getting technical support for hardware/software though is kinda difficult in some cases but you usually end up with fun stories and a good laugh with the IT people on the other end of the line because everyone knows how annoying the consumer version of Windows 10 is with bloatware/updates.

31. Eny alternative to Win10 is good alternative. I'm still dual booting Win7 and Fedora 30. Thumb Up for this idea. I will try it soon.

32. This was actually pretty cool, I wouldn't do this. If I need windows to do something then I'll spin up my windows HDD or use a VM. But I've never seen someone Frankenstien Windows Server like that. However not a practical solution

34. Thank you for this video series. In my dual boot system I have been using LTSC 2019 for work and mainly fully modded Skyrim SE with SKSE64/SkyUI/Vortex Mod Manager. If I could get Skyrim SE with SKSE64/SkyUI/Vortex Mod Manager working and NPC voices working consistently in Mint I would use this just for work. Voices work great during one session but not in another, even if the Proton version remains the same. It is hit or miss.
    As for the store goes I had it installed but after an update it disappeared. It was short lived. I only wanted the store so I could add more themes. I need to add the store back to add more themes.
