  1. Ryan, as you know, deadlifts are extremely important and beneficial. Reach out to me and we will set it up – or I can pass on some resources at the least. Stay strong, stay safe!

  2. Have you ever tried saving those boots? I would use Sulfamic acid crystals (buy at Home Depot) soak my boots in water and acid mixture, and they come like brand new!!!! Love the videos!

  3. Ryan seriously, from a auto tech, look into a local recycler for criteria in sitting a waste oil barrel at the shop. I recommend a plastic tote stored inside elevated with a drain valve in the bottom to bleed off any water. Those cheap plastic container totes in the metal cages are what we have used for years on end with zero issues.

  4. You are a great person for doing what you do Ryan. The bonus for the last truck was a great gesture. I look forward to more videos in the future keep up the great work!!!!

  5. Need to eat more smaller meals and more. Cardio. Sad to see another year gone. Long winters waiting for new concrete year. BUT THANK YOU RYAN & FAMILY AND THE VICTORY CREW. GOD SPEED 🙏❤ 💪 i hope ya dont stop. You talking on the jobs. Is what makes these whole videos. PERIOD

  6. If a collab with iShowSpeed ever crosses the board for whatever reason, you need to do a rematch on the race. Speed raced an actual Cheetah and barely lost 😂 🐆

  7. Ryan there is an app called Zero. Should be for both android and iphone. Its an intermittent fasting app. You can control what hours you want to use. I've been using it off and on the last 4 years very simple to use.

  8. Love your videos. I’ve been watching since before you got the land.

This video I see you scraping ice off your windshield. You should get a jug of Peak De-Icer windshield washer fluid and put it in a spray bottle. Just spray it on your glass and the ice will go away. I haven’t scraped ice in years

  9. I went back to tenpin for a season, after a 20 year break… was holding an Average of 170 Which was 30 pins lower than when I was bowling full time… ended up with a 3 game 700 series and a PB of 298
