In this video I show you the process I use to replace a front lower ball joint on a 2002 Honda Odyssey. Pretty easy task assuming you all ready have a ball joint press. -Enjoy!

  2. Instruction say to remove rubber boot before installing. Followed this video and got a small tear in my boot. Looks like the boot on this job is also torn. Guy is funny and entertaining, but still a hack.

  3. Can i not install the snap ring to keep ball joint in place? I can't find the groove to fit the ball joint, i'm afraid to rip the boot while install the snap ring. Is it safe to drive without snap ring installed thank you sir.

  4. I cannot expand enought the snap ring to install at the bottom. Is it there to keep the rubber boat in place or it is there to keep the ball joint in place? Can i just skip it? I will need a larger snap ring plier if it is requred for snap ring to be installed. I just dont want to rip the boot during snap ring installation. I already ripped 1 of them while hammering with a smaller socket to sit it in. Thank you
