In this video I show you the process I use to replace a front lower ball joint on a 2002 Honda Odyssey. Pretty easy task assuming you all ready have a ball joint press. -Enjoy!

A part number for the ball joint would be very helpful.
Instruction say to remove rubber boot before installing. Followed this video and got a small tear in my boot. Looks like the boot on this job is also torn. Guy is funny and entertaining, but still a hack.
Great job William Gardner
Most new Hondas and like the HONDA Fit you replce the entire control arm for about 79.00
Can i not install the snap ring to keep ball joint in place? I can't find the groove to fit the ball joint, i'm afraid to rip the boot while install the snap ring. Is it safe to drive without snap ring installed thank you sir.
I cannot expand enought the snap ring to install at the bottom. Is it there to keep the rubber boat in place or it is there to keep the ball joint in place? Can i just skip it? I will need a larger snap ring plier if it is requred for snap ring to be installed. I just dont want to rip the boot during snap ring installation. I already ripped 1 of them while hammering with a smaller socket to sit it in. Thank you
Has this been done on a 2018 and newer Odyssey? If so, any part number for that balljoint?
Thanks a lot very helpfulðŸ‘ðŸ½

OMG, I'm so jealous. 2002 with no rust on the bolt or nut. My 2012 is completely covered in rust.
Does anybody know the main symptoms of why the lower ball joint was determined bad
Call me crazy, but does anyone else save the control arms on replacement and put new bushings in them for the next replacement?
watched over 50 vids but your video is by far the best clear informative and straight to the point.
You make look so easy Amigo!ðŸ‘
