The Cosmo project is FINALLY back in motion. After countless setbacks, delays, fabrication challenges, and way more work than expected, the car is finally fully assembled, painted, and sitting on the ground again for the first time. This has easily been one of the most difficult builds we’ve ever taken on, but seeing the finished paint with the car fully together makes it all worth it.
In this episode we finish assembling the Mazda Cosmo, reveal the fresh paint, get the body fully mounted and aligned, and finally see the car back on its wheels looking like a real car again. From custom fabrication and rare parts to trying to keep the vision together through all the chaos, this build has been a massive challenge from start to finish.
There’s still more work ahead before the Cosmo is fully complete, but this is one of the biggest milestones yet and the first time the project finally feels real again.
