  1. I just started working on an L285 that was left in a field for who knows how long. I've been trying to find the piece that you made for the front end loader in the video. I may end up making one after seeing how the original was made in your video. Thanks for sharing!

  2. If this were mine I would find the tiniest turbo I could find and run 20lbs of boost on her but only this three cylinder not the two cylinder as this three cylinder sounds exactly like your two cylinder because one injector is dead, especially now with the steering playing right. The steering gearbox may need filled with heavy oil since it had water in it it may need drained also.

  3. I bought a b7001 in 2001from Japan in original paint and decals. Always shedded before then and I have continued to do that. Made up the 3 point linkage to suite. They are a fantastic machine. Sad this machine you have has been so neglected

  4. As simple as that electrical system is, you could rip all the wires out and redo all of it nice and neat from scratch in just a few hours using 10ga wire on everything replace all the lights with led bulbs doing backup turn and brake lights as well as bright backup lamps for plowing at night time. Or flip switch for mowing in the dark as well as headlights 100 times brighter. Very littel energy draw.

  5. good afternoon… I came across these videos of your and they are great. I just bought a l245dl tractor and trying to get it up and going. for the hydrolic filter for the bucket loader, What is the part number for that filter. I have not been able to find any info on this. much appriated

  6. I thought using the flexible exhaust pipe for the air intake, and also using something like windows screening and or small squared hardware cloth attached to a scoop with the size of an 6-8 inch 2×2 opening on the filter housing you can attach it using a piece of sheet metal welded to the side(or top) of the hood. Since it is just air intake you wouldn't have to worry about heat near the hydraulic hoses of the front loader.

  7. Maybe it’s just me, or an optical illusion but, the lift arms (especially the right one) look pushed left. I wonder if whomever left it, rolled it over and tried to fix it but was beyond his abilities and left it as it was found.
