Come on, are you serious? That's like asking why would you upgrade the CPU in a new computer. The Tegra 3 processor wasn't made for ONLY Asus, just like Intel and AMD CPUs aren't made for only HP or Sony. You know how quickly Nvidia would go out of business if they made their products for only one company? The video kept stopping because the screen kept getting touched, that will happen when you touch a touch screen. I get that this is not the tablet for you, but come on!
For me with the Acer icon a 500 this is a nice upgrade
What about the cheap model. The T370F or something like that?
