9. The US legal system has been shown to be a joke. Far too much is not codified properly, lawyers and judges quiblle over the meaning of every single word but the words are written in English which is a notoriously imprecise language.
   Biden failed when he did not encourage Congress to clamp down on laws and the legal code. One example is the prohibition against anyone running for President for a third term. Is that prohibition only against running or against holding the office for a third time ? We still have no answer to that and it is one of the most urgent constitutional questions.
   The fact that district appeals courts are giving different, incomplete answers, regarding federalisation of the National Guard is very worrying. The fact that these might all end up with the corrupt Supreme Court is even more so.
