All we wanted to do was tear out an old driveway and prepare for a new poured concrete driveway. What we ended up doing is making the school bus driver angry and breaking my skid loader! This was not a fun day at work but we plowed ahead and ultimately were ready for concrete the next morning. I was able to get the old asphalt driveway excavated and loaded on the dump truck but then the drive motor on my bobcat T320 went out. I ended up going back to the yard to get a backup skid loader and we made it work. Concrete work is full of problems but you always need to keep moving forward. Being a contractor isn’t easy but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
When comapring this crew to the new crew this crew was way worse less work ethic less energy
I am in school bus training right now and we are required to watch school bus videos before we can even drive. She did everything wrong when it comes to handling the situation. Great job on ur part Ryan!!

The very first video I watched was a YouTube short of the interaction of Ryan and this school bus driver. I was more concerned for the crew and Ryan than I was of that angry driver.
Ryan you should have reported that bus driver to the school. I would not want my kids riding with a driver with a SHORT FUSE.

I agree. She would and does treat the children the same way. The world is out to get her an no one will convince her otherwise. When I was young if a bus driver was mean we would absolutely fry them on the drive home so they wouldn’t return.
