Nope, it looked better Black before the sanding. Always…take it to the professional before it turns into a mess.
It looks cool halfway done. Clear coat it and be done with it weathered looking!

I think You should consider wrapping passenger grabs & anything else that might look good with I D K a less aggressive orange grip tape. There's always that old tried and true Duct Tape…lol
I was told, that tire wear is called cupping & is caused by worn or bad suspension. ✌

Sandblast it and repaint it. You have a blast cabinet,

i whould have sand blast all the paint and chrome off and clear coat it right to the steel 🙂
Hi I once had a KTM Comet Grand Prix 49cc moped that I used the chrome type paint on it came out really good and it would have been 1974.
It was a choice between the KTM or a Puch Maxi
Seems like you could drive urself nuts with this stuff easy…
