Next time they should a REAL bee removal specialist. This healthy colony that was obviously in the wall for over 2 years, at least by comb darkness, should have been put in a bee box. When less than 50% of our bee population is making it over winter, every healthy colony helps the count. Next time we hope they call a professional live removal service.
