This LBZ Duramax frame off build project is coming close to conclusion. It’s time to add fluids like Amsoil break in 30w engine oil, transfer case oil and perform an overall inspection on the build in preparation to install the cab. Watch as the last steps are taken before final assembly.

â€Intro Music by Karl Casey @ White Bat Audioâ€
Thanks to Jesse for making the intro and graphic for us to enjoy!!

Would love to see more Duramax stuff what a great build! I would have watch all of the 90 video
Ray I love your videos but I’m sorry to tell you that AN doesn’t exist it’s actually called JIC or SAE the difference is 37 or 45 degree flares also 3/8 and 3/4 SAE have a bigger thread size vs JIC
Puppy butt. Awesome cooler though.
Well, that was an unexpected ending. Overcharging alternators are uncommon, but they do occasionally get over-enthusiastic. Fuse doing its job properly, but the excess current is input, not demand. A new alternator should hopefully fix it. Troublesome little critter, that van.
Quite the contrary Ray, 90 video build step by step config sounds absolutely wonderful to me. If you had a Rainman Ray Garage TV show I'd tune in everyday and watch it. You are the teacher and I am the student. Thanks for all the content.
King and Crimson?
Someone has good music tastes!
How does an alternator break to produce 17 volts??
Looks like transmission fluid
32:22 I sure hope you're not putting gas in your diesel tank 😂
I’m excited to hear this beast run!
Why do you put gas into a diesel engine…
I haven't seen a good battery cleaning video for a long time or the doodle doo pa stytem .
Would have watched 150 videos if that's what it took.
I’m no mathologist, but pretty sure with 600k+ subscribers that new GoPro will pay for itself… it’s okay to spoil your self some Ray, you earned it!
I am sure you are using that as a business write off.
Something else for you refresh, while the truck is down, rebuild the primer plunger. It'll be much easier to do it while the truck is apart than after the cab is back on it. Dorman make a kit to do it. I have had 2 primer pump failures. I now carry a complete rebuilt filter head. It really sucks when you are 20 miles out in the desert and the truck decides to quit because it is sucking air!
48:45 great content yet again .. believe it or not I’ve just had a similar issue with a Mitsubishi Pajero (Australia) 17 volts and a heap of codes and randomly trying to engage front differential while driving. (Not a fun sound) , replace nator and all is good
Listening to Gangham Style while putting in break in engine oil is awesome!
I think you underestimate what people will sit on YouTube and watch 😂
why dose the video feel laggy ?
Shame you didn't film more of the assembling your engine/truck. 90 hours is maybe bit much. But accelerate the vid anywhere you are doing the same twice, trice etc. ?
I hope you report the Minivan conclusion, Tx.
Not astute, but I do see the new tires. Did I miss an episode? Or do tires grow tread if they sit in the shop long enough?
thanks for bashing Canada. take a long walk off a short pier ya goof
34:40 put more GAS in your DIESEL, or "put a Tiger in your tank"
Those new tires 👌👌
Excuse me Ray
For my piece of mind after one of the last videos showed the engine mount bolts spinning, can you confirm that the engine mount bolts are now tight
Is there any reason why the expansion joints are in different spots on the pipes? The left side is high the one on the right is low.
It looks like one up pipe fists both sides.
Sir. Just set up a stop motion. I think we would all enjoy it.
NAY……………….
Hey Ray
I knew you was going to get the Banks Transfer Case for the Alison.
Please record the change over & also the Zorst install too please.
Cheers Lee from the UK 🇬🇧
You didn’t even have to show the last car Ray. The progress on the Dirty-Max was more than enough…..Plus we got a bonus Puppy peek.
New camera looks Better more clean then the old one. That is a massive power train.
Great day to get all the pieces back together. You pretty much built a new trucks with all the great equipment that we should be getting on our, Over priced new trucks.
So I see new rubber. Kind of sad not seeing a freshen up wheels. Get them power coated the pewter paint. Or black just saying.
The one time "it's probably the Alternator" it actually could be the Alternator!🤔
It's a Ye for me, great to see the truck coming along in your build quest!
All good Ray
Had a new altenator 1998 Plymouth breeze manual transmission would blow the fuse at 35oo rpm replaced altenator no more problems
Hey Ray, I've really liked your rebuild on your truck. Considering the cost of a new comparable truck and all the upgrades and reconditioning you have done on yours could you summarize all the parts with approximate parts costs in a video. Please also give an estimate of the labor hours too. I realize you have a very specialized truck that you plan on loving for years to come. You are like a kid in a candy store with your big boy truck and I agree it's so cool 😂.
