Calf Hunting and Bringing in the Steers

Calf hunting in the tall grass is like searching for a needle in the haystack! It’s another busy day on the farm. First, we have to bring in two Dexter steers that are going to the butcher. Then, I go looking for a calf that was born this morning. She’s not easy to find but eventually I have success. I also take a look at our new piglets, Hilarie and I move the cattle to new pasture, and we spend a little time with our egg laying chickens talking about egg production.

Note:
-We do not offer farm tours
-We do not ship our farm’s products
-We do not sell live animals
