In this video I bring you along as I have a look at a Chevy Equinox that came in with a customer complaint that the battery would die after sitting for about 3 weeks. It is a good thing to stick to your diagnostic plan (mostly haha) that lead us to a TSB that had the same symptoms as our car. Let’s see if we can fix it. -Enjoy!

Also until I can get said update..can I just pull that fuse when I go into work and put it back in before I leave?
So…does this mean I can simply pull the fus3 and it will reset or still need do update?
So did the customer ever bring the car back with the same battery drain issue or was the problem permanently fixed? Having the same problem with a 2017 Chevy equinox. If you let the car sit for more than 3 days the batteries drain to the point it won't start the car. And I just put a brand new optima battery in it
If they don't drive it for long periods of time they should put a battery maintainer on it.
2016 Chevy equinox here, starting a new job and third day in a row, my car will not start, I sat through the whole 26 minute video and I still have absolutely no idea what the problem is or how you fix it, can you explain this to me like an idiot, who is drives tricycles? I need to explain this to my mechanic and I need this fixed TODAY please ðŸ™

I have a 2022 Chevy equinox premier I’m having problems with my cameras the screen starts blinking and nothing comes up I went to 3 Chevy dealers and they cannot resolve the problem do you have any suggestions? I know I'm late to the party here but one of the bigger complaints was the blend door breaking on equinox vehicles

I have to wonder how this draw wouldn’t have been an issue from the factory that created issues before getting to this point if it was a software issue from the factory. I am currently dealing with a similar issue with a 2009 Equinox and I’m trying to make sense of how this could be a new problem on old software.

Is this the same for a 2013 I have had the same issue for years and the dealer has no clue keeps telling me dead battery I have brought this up to them and tells me it’s up to date I asked if it says when it was last updated they say it does not tell them that?
