In this video we have a look at a 2005 Chrylser 300C Touring with a code P2173, indicating that the engine has a vacuum leak. We give the Redline Ready Smoke a second look. Redline contacted me after the first video and suggested that I add more fluid to the machine, and to be honest it made a world of difference. We also use the Redline easy intake. -Enjoy!

  8. I would like to know why does a red lightning bolt turns on in my car it idles too hard and will not go over 20 miles an hour I put the pedal to the metal it will not run I change the foot pedal throttle body and it's still RPMs are too high

  9. I do it the old fashioned way, Eric….I light up a doobie, take a big hit, then blow through the intake. If there are no leaks, great, the car feels better, and I feel better. No matter what, it's a win win situation. Strange thing though…my vehicle seems to be addicted to this method, because I find it acts up every once in a while, until I do the "smoke test" on it…then all symptoms disappear….carzy man….

  10. I think this is the first time I've seen that code that it wasn't accompanied by a dropped valve seat or broken valve spring. Have a Jeep with a 5.7 in one of my bays right now for that. Customer said it overheated then started sounding really bad, #5 intake valve was playing jump rope with the valve seat.

  11. Hello SMA I have been watching your videos for a while now and have came to the conclusion that YOU KNOW YOU STUFF. I need some help I have a 2011 Silverado 1500 with a 5.3 and the 6 speed transmission. I bought it used at a Kia dealership and I noticed the transmission fluid is clear. I have a automotive shop at my school that I take advanced classes in and we work on all types of vehicals. When we have had a 2011 in the shop just like mine I looked and it had the exact same transmission fluid as mine. I also asked our automotive teacher that has been a technician for over 30 years and has a whole bunch of certifications and he looked and smelled it and said it was right. I have asked if this is right in a online form and everyone is saying I’m a idiot for thinking this is right. What do you think because I have no idea at this point. Thanks for the help
