Nice to see the old C moving around; I grew up on those. Also great to see your new project cleaning up. A clean place is good for the soul. Nothing better than seeing a clean hayfield, barn, or house.
I gotta tell you. Watching you clean up the farm was somehow therapeutic to me.
Great video! I love watching your videos. They remind me of when I was a child in the mid-60s, living with my grandfather. He also had a big farm with lots of cows, and he even had a Farmall M tractor. Watching your videos brings back such wonderful memories of my childhood. Thank you so much for sharing your lifestyle with us. May God bless you and your family.
Looks like you’re getting tidied up for an open day !!
When I was watching you haul all the metal away, I immediately thought of a youtuber, "Working Horses with Jim". He is always looking for parts for his many implements that he pulls behind horses, as are all his Amish neighbors. Jim is not Amish. Jim makes hay, and hauls trees from the forest, for others, but mostly for his own mill. However his Amish neighbors do it all with horses. I suppose there are websites out there that help bring the seller of antique, and used implements to the buyers. Jim's daughter also has a youtube channel, where she took three years, to finish
restoring an age old family house that was as wonky as yours. I am looking forwards to seeing what she does with the out buildings and this property that used to be an old starch manufacturer.
I completely understand cleaning up but we have lots of farm auctions around here and that stuff sells much better than taking it to the scrap yard normally.
Getting rid of history.
but the tree airfreshner in the excavator… 😂
Nice to see the 504 resurface! I feel like it's been a very long time since that tractor has shown its face.
I would think a seller would like to sell some of the old tractor parts at the shows if you could find one near by.
Wow, the cloud formation was so interesting-don't think I've seen that before. Oh, by the way, impressed with your clean up. I'm doing the same-nature is taking over every flower bed and stuff we hid behind the shed.
Pete; you say Goldenrod as if it is bad! It is not the beautiful Goldenrod that causes allergies it is the small white flowered Ragweed that is the culprit! They usually grow together. So many people blame the wrong plant. Now you know teacher! I love watching you work n your farm. God Bless from your northern neighbor 🇨🇦
I totally enjoyed this video. It makes feel inspired.
19:33 we got a 910 pequea, it works alright 😂 constantly breaks
ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ™ðŸ™ðŸ™ðŸ™ðŸ™ðŸ™ðŸ™
Btw, did you ever finish rebuilding the awesome International truck?
I really, really enjoyed watching this video! 😊
Cleaning and organizing makes a person refreshed in spirit & mind.
Motivated me to see how I can clean up the clutter in life that weighs me down. ⤠God bless you both.
Another fun game of " what's in the weeds " !!!!!
Always interesting to see the changes a little clean-up makes to a place. I'm part pack-rat at times, but occasionally haul off some scrap. Sometimes a few parts implements are valuable if they're compatible with what you have, and don't create a lot of clutter.
I appreciate your efforts to clear around your land! I am in agreement with ‘clearing’ ~ it’s a great feeling to release it, whatever the item big or smallâ—ï¸. Always enjoy your videos🦋🌻
I have really missed seeing you and hillary, so good to see you again. Love and best wishes to you â¤â¤
Great video, thanks!!!
Nice see you Pete, missed you- norfolk, the uk!
There comes a time in most people's lives that a decluttering is needed. I fully understand.
I’ll admit it I laughted when I saw the air freshener in the open station excavator 😂😂
Our hay in illinois was a pretty thin 2nd cutting we wont do a 3rd wr always enjoy you both thanks
Lord knows I need to do a cleaning like this, but I can't bring myself to do it. I haven't needed a piece for 20 years, but as soon as I throw it away I'll need it the next week. I cringed when I saw Pete throw away that tedder with the intact PTO shaft, those parts are expensive if you have to buy them.
What I do is have my "junk" in a fenced in field with goats in there. The goats do a good job of not letting the stuff get grown up around.
I looked at that load coming off the trailer and I saw that trailer wheel and I was thinking damn could make something out of that LOL I need to do the same thing you're doing Pete
Your throwing away a good trailer with steel 😢😂😂
This was enjoyable. Thanks😊
Hi Pete, from Bedford Pa .It is so good to see you back , nice cattle and clean up. I know that some scrap has good parts and stuff ,just time to get rid of it R
I love your videos having grown up in the rural south during the 50's and 60's. Be safe and keep up your fine videos. And thank you.
Glad you are back.
Pezzi arrugginiti che hanno una storia
Looks like you folks have been busy despite the lack of videos..
We have a lot of fires in Creek county Okla. Quite a few people lost their barns and out building because of these grown-up junk area's…
Good Idea getting rid of worn out implaments ect so Hillary isn't stuck with it when your gone. As hard as you both have worked raising a family making the Farm produce, cutting back on your workload as you both near retirement is a good idea. Work because you want to not because you have to. You make a good video Pete. I know mayby a little of what your going through. I share 90acres w/a brother, & two sisters of what was a section Century farm. Good luck as both of you slow down and relax a little more.
Having a good clear out is always a good thing, your landscape looks very similar to mine in the UK!!
The missing piece for your tailgate is about $150.
Place looks really good! Your cows always seem just so happy🤣
Ha Pete I have grain heads for a 202 IH combine we sold when I was a kid they only wanted the corn head know he farms 4000 acres should I scrap the grain heads 😂
Pete, I just want you to enjoy the rest of your life. Hillary and you deserve to be able to slow down and smell the roses. I enjoy your content. Have a blessed day the both of you.
Great video. Love watching all your videos
thanks for the therapy Pete…. are you losing weight??? Happy Trails
Missed your content, Pete. Glad to see you back. Sure wish you were closer to me, 'cause I would have taken that two bottom plow for my H!
