time to get some of the body panels bent back into shape then we can dig into the heater fan that was filled with mice, did not look good but after some tinkering it may survive.

Mustie do you still have the cushman?
it always amazes me he tries freeing up things without using penetrating lube. I would spray everything the first day I brought it home. For the fan I would have drilled a small hole in the squirrel cage over the bearing area big enough for the WD40 tube and gave it some love instead of grinding all that rust around the bearing.
When you work by yourself you are the engineer. Safety man. Boss man..and you pay for any mistakes but you learn a great deal in this situation. Hats off to you sir..
Good enough for the girls a run with
cool
Its like a marriage ; you would like it to be perfect but after awhile you realize close is good enough .
why didn't you spray it with wd-40
The storage box was for traffic cones to be placed in behind the cab.
You are the Dent and Dings Guy … Doing good and a great project!
The mini Krustie truck!
Rusty frozen bolts? PB BLASTER is what I use much much better than straight penetrating oil and let it set 20 minutes to an hour.
Rename it the “Po Po mobileâ€.
where were cushman made ? & whats the enging ?
And you said it didn't come with a key…
You really need to start using DW-40 or PB blaster . Or a list oil or any lubricant to be able to remove screws and lub those doors
Why don't you have a port-o-power. They're cheap at Harbor Freight.
I wonder if you could make these videos 3D. The hammer could look like it was coming out of the screen right at you.
It's always the last bolt🤣🤣ðŸ‘ðŸ»
I just realized this is from the village of Poughkeepsie, this is about 2 hours from the small town in upstate that I reside in, really interesting machine you have mustie! and i remember you said it was from upstate but i never gave attention to the decals on the side, guess i should start looking at these things more often.
OK, I have to ask. Why do you almost never use penetrating oil to free rusted fasteners? It seems like you do a lot of extra work by not using it.
that would be ok for heat unlesss you had exhaust leak pulling exhaust fumes into cab
I’ve watched almost all of your vids. The instructional nature of the vids is great. I’m a guitar player and have learned tons of songs through the vids. Well, with your vids I’ve learned carb teardowns, cleanings and reconstructs enough to make me feel confident that I could actually do it!! Metal work, wheels, brakes, whole engine rebuilds on everything from Volkswagens to weedwhackers. And you talk to us as if we were in the garage. One complaint I have is that you’ve got every tool you could ever need! Tim “The Toolman†would be jealous! I mean a plasma cutter for God’s sake? Anyway,, you’re fun! Thanks for doing these and keep it up!!!
The fan must have a rectifier in it. Yes a DC motor would normally reverse direction with reversed polarity. Thanks for the videos. Surprised you do not spray something like PB Blaster or WD40 on those rusty fasteners.
This guy is awesome! I’ve been wanting to learn more about small engine stuff and I’m learning a lot! Thank you for the videos!!
I'd hazard a guess that the open area is for Traffic Cones while the Boots and expensive stuff goes in the "Trunk". Any Officers out there confirm?
I love your videos so much. Just reminds me when I was a young girl hanging out in the garage with my dad as he fiddled and fixed things. Please never stop the way you do these videos, I always feel like I am right there with you.
I heat it up
Find you a shrinking tool for doing metal my great-uncle and my uncle both do auto body I do believe there is a total you can get to shrink metal
Sweet ride sir you’ll get all the chicksðŸ‘😂ðŸ‘😂
