Be careful with that of… it might break in 2024…!
Great video ray. Silveraydo silveryaydo either way we know youre on it and putting a smile back into mechanic work. I like that you love your job and you care what happens to ppl and their vehicles. Thanks again ray!!! You da man!!!😊
i call em silver ados
I see the nameplate and think "Silvera-Do." Reminds me of some movies I used to watch.
This is a [DEARay] letter! You touch the thermostat! U replace the thermostat! Look at the wax pill that's the shiny brass thing in the underside. I'll bet you will see drag marks. Customers lucky it stuck open. To test a thermostat is a science project that's technically done. You touch it and replace it! Great diagnostics. Your cooling system servant 🥶 ðŸ²
⤠I love you 😠most ed
need carbide drill bits for drilling hardened stuff helps a lot
I have a Nissan qashqai and I called it a crash Kai
That's the mark of experience, right there. You saw these problems and zeroed in on the O2 sensor so fast I barely had time to say "What's up with Bank 1?". Keep up the good work!
Every time that drivers door opens , it sounds like Tales From The Crypt ! LOL !😄
last time I saw that it was a spider
Please don't stop with the comedy words luv it brings very hardy smile to my face. thanks for all the current diagnostic challenges
I have an 03 Chevy Blazer 4.3. it's doing the exact same thing!
I call jeeps jerps and I say cevy trayverse (chevy traverse)
Your play with word pronunciation is one of my favourite things. I keep wanting to replace the word odometer with odometrix 😂
That Subie motor, I'd plan on using a Heli-Coil. The dril bit will be oversized. It's going to take a minute to drill out that hardened extractor. If it was me, I'd strip the block down, have a machine shop do it, because they can make the hole straight, then rebuild (or performance build, depending on the customer) the engine.
It would be Smart if the Customer lets Ray do the complete Tune Up to get a few more years out of that vehicle. But in reality, that vehicle appears to be the typical "Run Till Fail". The customer will not spend any money unless it prevents the vehicle from moving.
Love the addition to the intro. LOL.
The last couple of videos have kind of left us hanging. Ended with work still needing to be done and waiting for customer to decide to go ahead with further work or not. Would kind of like to know the final outcome.
