This I gotta see
You guys are All Young, No Electronic Games when I was Young, all Games were Outside like Baseball or Football, we barely had a TV that would work and then only 3 channels…
Ford's
Fix it all means take the hood ornament off back the car out and pull a new one in reattach hood onement.
Would have been a lot easier on that cotter pin if you would have twisted sideways on it.
Don't say coming in clutch, it don't suit you, sorry.
"It's like a little basket for your nuts"….is it just me, or?..😅
The only way to fix a Ford Exploder is to junk it & buy a Toyota.
People are fixing the old stuff because the drivetrains are better. The new stuff they sell now is powered by turbos, and the engines are small. The new technology includes engines with internal oil lubed rubber timing belts that deteroriate, and are very expensive to do maintenance on. The DMV fees are also lower on old cars. New car registrations are very high too. A friend of ours was a VW mechanic who drove a 1956 bug. For over 20 years he drove that Bug, and racked up over a million miles on the odometer.
Bro, im 40 and " coming in clutch " or " clutched it" has been around since i was a teen playing Halo 2
tip cut the back of the cotter pin head pull from the front spread
Hell yes fix that shit, I have a 95 dodge caravan 3.3l and runs like a rape date.
I fixed up a 2003 F150 4×4 with the 4.6L. Decided that it will be my last truck (I'm 61). Gets crappy mileage, but I love it. It's a second car, so that's fine.
You are a Good dude!! My boys and I enjoy watching you together. Its bonding time.
i’m a Pennsylvania mechanic and i wish our cars was this clean and rust free
big props for shooting in HDR, looks amazing
Definitely worth while to keep on the road. Good trucks.
I hate living in the rust belt. Seeing how nice that vehicle is underneath, is enough to make me want to move.
I loved it when the customer says fix everything, I don't care what it costs. So I fixed everything, the customer and I were both very happy. 😊😊
Well, it is a FORD " Fix Or Repair Daily"
Northeast Ohio hating on everything about this clean car!!!!😡😤 The way it all came apart so easy….. How dare you!
rizz = chaRISma
rip cause of the quickstruts
Good 4×4
'FIX IT ALL'?!!……………. CHA-CHING!!
It's NOT a strut. It's a coil over shock. If it were a strut it would take the place of the upper control arm.
22:05 I hated that. God bless you for being able to just pull it out… but I hate you for it
Been a while since I have been on your channel so just want to give a shout out to you for your success with your shop. May it continue for at least the next 40 years sir. Have a good day.
How does it look so excellent nice underneath? No rust, how is that? Also what was the final price charged?
Bro you and are probably the same age, coming in clutch comes from baseball. Clutch hitter to tie or win the game he came in clutch hence coming in clutch!
I had one of these with 276k miles. I wish I could had done this and kept it. This video makes me happy.
Ray, I would begin by removing the air plumbing business first, and then cleaning everything under and down under the hood first with the pressure washer, before taking things really apart. How about it Señor???
Oh, and by the way, your videos are always great. I really enjoy watching you wrench your way into solving problems.
Wonder how far ahead the owner will come with getting the Explorer back to near new condition? Or how many thousands will be saved. With new vehicle prices the way they are, this was probably a good choice on the owners part. I like they way he explains things as he's moving along in the repairs. What does what and so on. Cheers!
I love my 2006 Explorer with the 4.0 v6. Great vehicle. At 254,000 miles and runs like a top. I dread when rust wins over as I'm in New England.
4.6l Tritons are fuckin BULLETPROOF. Especially with that 4-speed auto. I have that drivetrain in my Expedition, great drivetrain.
EDIT: Respectfully, I hate you lol. Just did brake pads and rotors, all four corners on my truck. I live in Michigan. Luckily I have my Tetanus shot…
Glad to see you are actually teaching someone, Ray. Please, make sure he learns as much as possible, because we need more trust worthy people like you out there!!!.
Greetings from Mexico.
BF1 was great. The franchise started to go to shit with BFV and straight up tanked with BF2042. There is home for BF6 or whatever it will be called. I played the pre-alpha and it was fun.
I got a 2009 Ford f150 that it has over 260,000 mi on it with the same engine in it
Eric O from South Main Auto is going to be Pissed if he sees how easy that hub was to take off! lol
I wish I could bring in my kia sportage ex for you to fix everything 😂😂😂
I think Rizz comes from the word Charisma
Man, right when I had to get rid of my old- id say trusty, but the infamous 5r55w died on my way home one day- soo… you came out with this video and it made me die a little more inside… 😠anywho, nice work dude!
Nah nah nah battlefield 1 top 3 battlefields
Even old vehicles need love. Does the heart right seeing this kind of content 🙂
These explorers need a timing chain cassette replacement or something cause those go bad and the radiator/transmission cooler fails sometimes causing the transmission and coolant oils to mix when you’re going down the road causing a blown transmission honestly, I would just get different car. That thing is fucking got way too many defects. The engines in those things were never meant to be SOHC. So they got timing chain in the front and in the back way too many chains way too many failure points, and the plastic thermostat housings always break, causing them to overheat why would you use a plastic thermostat housing?
I wish Ford still built these…especially with the NA engines and not the EcoCrap.
I bought a White XLT Sport new in 2004. I still drive it today with 184k. I brought all of my kids home from the hospital when they were born in that truck. Now, they all drive it.
