Cutting Late Hay with the Farmall 856

We had a terribly wet and cool spring/early summer. Now, it has finally dried out enough to make hay, and to give the Farmall 856 Custom I restored it’s first good workout. How will the tractor perform, and how bad will the hay be?

  1. Every year haymaking season begins, and I get to enjoy watching yourself and your fleet making my favourite thing, calm. your channel brings peace to my life even though to many it may seem small and immeasurable. Thank you Pete, sincerely.

  2. Wow, quite a workout for the haybine in the triangle! The 856 sounds smooth and strong. Thanks for tractor ride, brings back memories~~Jeff from CT
