  1. Ray, wouldn't a falty sensor give a rich exhaust flow and destroy your catalytic converter. That give you the rotten 🥚
It's always difficult when somebody has worked and started of may caused a problem by working on it. Hope youl find it

  2. We have seen you Rune over the dreaded ES CAPE' many previous moons, and Fod Exsploda. Jeep, the poor mans Defender, I always did love that S6. Had a 1998 Wrangler, that thing would straight up climb a vertical wall if you wanted it to. Those things are hard to kill…no matter how badly you drive.

  3. Lol. Nothing worst than burning your fingers on hot surfaces. If only the made gloves specifically for mechanics that could help protect against temperature and abrasion…

  4. @rainmanray'srepairs last video you posted 30:18 left the blue shop rags stuffed in the lower intake manifold when you reinstalled the upper intake, get those out of there

  5. Man that got me rolling 🤣😝🤣 when you were struggling with the screw 😅 I know the feeling and most people well not most but 80 per percent would leave the screw out

  6. I got a coil for my Subaru Baja off of Amazon but I know I was very lucky and poor too because I didn’t have 144 bucks for a new one. I’ve been lucky so far. Knock on wood. Listen to Ray people he is absolutely right about o e m parts

  7. They took the mass air flow meter off save $50 per car, but opens a whole new can of worms you're trying to troubleshoot, 😂

  8. My Ford mustangs air fans also make noise… Off and on… Lots of noise sometimes and none others… Wonder if that escapo is similar to why mines sounding odd…

  9. The correct fix for any Jeep with a 3.6 is to sell it and buy one with a 4.0 I6. Or at least a 3.8 V6. @10:00… Go into the PID list and select just the O2 sensor voltages. Then you'll get all 4 graphs on one page. This will keep you from having to keep scrolling up and down to find what you want. @20:54… Oooo… I have one. I don't see many shops using them any more. @44:00… Just for gits and shiggles, I'd smoke test the intake manifold and evap system. Make sure the vent control vale is closing.

  10. Ray, I removed one of those blower motors with identical symptoms. Motor out, it seemed to work good, BUT, when I held the motor in the same position it would be in the vehicle, it made the same clicking noise.

I’m glad you replaced it because it likely would have done the same thing had you reinstalled it.

  11. I'd say take the e c u at face value if the fuel injectors aren't fucked or mismatched.

Like the thing could have three aftermarket.Injectors and the rest are stock f******Weird rich codes glore
