I want do a example, if i enable a service to Windows 10 from Dism++ and i would want make this modify, how i must do? Thanks

  2. I laughed out loud on this:
People were creating, coding, testing, designing GUI and visual look, bundling into OS.
Chris: aaah, this all GARBAGE I don't want it! – slap the DISABLE button.

  3. the opening line is full of racism. I mean if you use windows, google, android, you know NAS is watching you. 🙃 This is an open source software, all code what it does is all transparent. If you cannot make a professional judgement, then probably stop all these racism nonsense.

  4. I have many times been able to boot in CMD via recovery and run DISM++ from another drive and then execute bootmgr repair to get into a broken Windows that Windows Startup repait itself couldn't repair… usually something to do with me not running my OS on the M.2 drive.

  5. Yea… No.

Applications tracking us are bad enough, but applications tracking us by people living in totalitarian shitholes?

Naah. One bad thing is too much as is, two is just excessive.

  6. Like a mad lad, I ran SDI on a Windows 7 install and borked it. Hard crashes at Windows startup and sartup repair doesn't resolve it. Any suggestions? 😵‍💫

  7. Cloud you use it from command line? I would love to automate the check for windows update and install in the background when I run a script or setup a task scheduler.

  8. Thanks for another interesting video, Chris. I am wondering about something… Can your Windows Utility be used to (as you put it) "rip out" the Windows update completely and allow use of Windows with ONLY manual updating? Also removing the frustrating compulsory reboots…? I intend to buy a new laptop soon, and to use it primarily with Linux… and then to run Windows 10 or 11 (or both) in QEMU VM(s). Since I expect to only need those Windows VMs occasionally, I would like to "streamline" them as much as possible and remove all of the bloat and resource-hogging, as well as phone-home components. I'm hoping your Windows Utility will be sufficient for achieving that…?

  9. My favorite windows shortcut is win + x then g – it brings up computer management which has all the essential tools I need in one window 🙂

  10. Chris I found an issue on the Windows Utility, if you choose disable storage sense while it is already disabled it will turn it back on. I hope this doesn’t happen with other options and I just wanted to let you know
