Endangered Missing Person Mark Clemons from the 14th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating endangered missing person Mark Clemons. Mark was last seen May 4, 2026, at 2:55 PM, on the 74xx block of E. Walnut Lane.
Mark is 52 years-of-age, 5’3”, 110 lbs., thin build, salt and pepper hair, brown eyes, Scar going down his forehead, and was last seen wearing a white tank top, black jacket, and black slippers.
