Hi, putting hay on top of your newly sown grass seed is a new one on me. Is it a local tradition or something to do with the local weather?
Looks great!
The green/orange doors to the basement would work as a hurricane shelter.
I use Yates parth weeded. stops seed germination for 6- 12 mths
Pete and the Mighty Hydraulic arm of property justice… on tracks that is!
Good job folks, my favorite part was how well the pavers looked. Thanks for the videos 😊
I'm getting to this a bit late, but what a wonderful job! To eliminate all the flower beds and putting in lawn makes maintenance SO much easier. As we age, there isn't enough time or energy to keep up so much land. Opening up the back is just breathtaking! Please show us how it all looks next summer! XOXOXO
The landscaping/hard scaling almost looks new.
I kinda think get rid of the wisteria and find another vine. But I know it’s beautiful in the spring.
I had to chuckle a bit at your thumb-mail because it looks like your saying “Get off my lawn! 😄
Your house looks so beautiful.
That excavator keeps paying for itself!!
Pete, you and Hilary have got the place in such good shape that it could feature in the "Better Homes and Gardens" magazine.
Pete, a great dad joke.
This morning while I was walking down the street, I was hit by a violin, a clarinet and a French horn.
I think it was an orchestrated attack.
I've wanted a Wisteria vine my whole life! Why are you taking a chainsaw to your Wisteria?!
You cut all that wisteria downðŸ˜ðŸ˜
There's an expensive sand you can buy that has a sealer hardener in it. You brush it in between the pavers, then wet it in and it seals as it dries. It keeps the pavers very stable as well. That path looks great and I'm glad you had a power washer to help. You can seal them and protect them that way…wonderful property and house…â¤â¤
???
It does look great. Having good help that works well with you sure makes work enjoyable. God bless and love you.
Pete! You’re causing me to have withdrawal! Please get us a video every Sunday, even if it’s a 1-2 minute update 😂. You’re the best, thanks for sharing your farm with us
The pavers/ walkway looks amazing 🙂
A job well done! You and Hillary can now relax.
God bless you both, enjoy your farm and each other's company . THANKS for the years of videos
