Justice Clarence Thomas just publicly declared in an interview that we should effectively screw precedent, and that he, and presumably the rest of the MAGA 6 on the Supreme Court, are not bound by legal precedent (the rules and principles developed in prior cases, the very foundation of more than 200 years of Supreme Court history. Popok discusses the hypocrisy that while Thomas throws out precedent, others on the Supreme Court rebuke lower court judges for not following it, and lower court judges have had it and are firing back at the Court.
