First big snow storm of the winter season! Finally!

Join the crew as we prepare and then start to tackle the first big snowstorm of the year. Plowing snow and salting is just part of life for us and so far winter has been slow getting here. Will this winter storm be the first of many of one of only a few? Nobody knows but stay tuned to find out. Enjoy

  1. W salt per the contract. Only do large commercial properties, target, Home Depot, wine academy, Marshall’s, home goods etc. salt is typically stored on location and used accordingly.

  2. I used to work in this field. We did mainly concrete slabs for grain bins and then we erected the grain bin a few weeks later. Also did driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, basement foundation repairs ect. My boss did a very good job of getting work for us during the winter. We obviously did the same with taking care of snow and doing salt. He would also have a bunch of inside work for us such as home remodeling. I definitely miss doing that job because I learned so much from it. I actually poured a 20×10 back patio for my mom and stamped it for her. Something that would have cost her way more if she hired a company but instead I got a few of my friends and we got it done for her. Loving the videos! Really makes me remember all the good times in this line of work!

  3. I’ve been seeing clips of your videos on TikTok for months and finally started watching your videos on here. Never a dull moment watching your content! Keep up the great work guys!🤟🏻

  4. The neck lights were well worth the investment! You just need them in each truck so you never don’t have one. I’m a Milwaukee guy and own a plumbing business but think you just convinced me to order a pair myself. 💪🏼🫵🏼

  5. Hey Ryan and Crew,

I love the videos. Hate to see easy E not hanging around anymore, but gotta do what we gotta do sometimes. Keep up the good work”GOOOOD WORK!”

  6. You can use an additive when you do your floors, its called "shark-grip". It is a powder that will make your floors slip resistant. All you need to do is add in the shark-grip powder into the epoxy or whatever material you consider using for the floors just be sure that its mixed well with all materials.

  7. Man that is very good advice that you're not going to let him know how to do it that he will figure it out that's very good of you letting someone try out the way it would be if they do it not giving them instructions like doing like this do it like that even though it's not the right way you do it you have a point congrats on being a good boss😊
