Join the concrete crew as we remove a badly cracked and back pitched garage floor, prep for concrete, and pour a new 5″ thick concrete floor. The old floor was thin and had no reinforcement whatsoever. It also was lacking any kind of gravel base. We were able to demo it quickly and easily.
After the demo of the old concrete, we excavated several inches of soil and filled it back in with a good compacted gravel base. After laying the wire mesh, the concrete was poured, screeded, and finished to a flat, smooth surface. This job came out really nice, the customer was very happy and I was pleased with the outcome.
