5. oh boy she threw a rod junk motor ! those new engines rev so high, older engines rev low and have a longer stroke which makes way more power, Torque wins races always has !!

6. I have a g8 gt that runs low 11's without 700 hp at the wheels… No way in hell that car was 700 hp, maybe 450-500. Never a good idea to put a ton of boost on a stock lower end and heads… recipe for destruction. The manual shifting and hitting the Rev limiters… lots of amateur mistakes. At least her hubby doesn't seem to mind throwing a new motor in it. I guess if you have the cash, it's not a big deal. She was a pretty good sport about it. Nice car.
